What Is Post
Cycle Therapy?
Post Cycle Therapy is a protocol used after completing a prohormone or hormonal supplement cycle. During a cycle, your body's natural hormone production is suppressed as it relies on the exogenous compounds you're taking. Once the cycle ends, PCT supplements help kickstart your body's own testosterone production, manage estrogen levels, and support liver recovery.
Skipping PCT is the single biggest mistake we see. Without proper post-cycle support, you risk losing the muscle and strength gains from your cycle, experiencing hormonal imbalances, and putting unnecessary stress on your organs. A good PCT protocol is non-negotiable.

For most prohormone cycles, PCT should begin the day after your last dose. Don't wait. The sooner you begin recovery support, the less muscle you'll lose and the faster your hormones normalize.
A standard PCT protocol runs 4 weeks, though more aggressive cycles may warrant 6 weeks. During PCT, continue training hard but adjust your expectations — you're preserving, not building.
Nutrition is critical during PCT. Keep protein intake high (1g per pound of bodyweight minimum), maintain at least maintenance calories, and prioritize 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
Day 1
Begin PCT Immediately
Start your PCT stack the day after your last prohormone dose. Include testosterone support and liver protection from day one.
Weeks 1-2
Peak Recovery Phase
Hormone levels are most disrupted. Full-dose PCT supplementation, high protein, adequate sleep. Train to maintain — not to set PRs.
